Flexibility is key-this role requires the ability to work at any of our Central Florida locations, including: Winter Park | Winter Garden | Longwood | UCF | Kissimmee | SODOWhat You'll Do As a Restaurant Manager, you'll: Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional guest service, food quality, and team performance Support hiring, scheduling, training, and developing hourly team members Ensure BOH and/or FOH procedures are executed with excellence Maintain inventory, cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards Foster a positive culture rooted in hospitality, accountability, and teamwork Problem-solve and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment Serve as an ambassador of the 4R mission and values-on and off the floor All Managers begin their journey through our comprehensive Manager-in-Training (MIT) program, designed to prepare you for leadership success and help determine your best operational fit within our market. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant leadership role OR strong supervisory experience Proven success working in fast-paced restaurant settings Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills Ability to lead by example and inspire teams Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Flexible and willing to work across multiple restaurant locations in the CFL market High school diploma or equivalent required Nice to Have Previous management experience in casual or fast-casual dining Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems Food Manager certification (or willingness to obtain) Why 4 Rivers?
