Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a VP of Operations on behalf of our client, a real estate investment company specializing in multifamily and commercial properties. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, developing long-term strategies, and ensuring alignment with the organization's goals. The VP of Operations serves as a key liaison across departments, provides leadership to field teams, and helps the executive team identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and vision. Facilitate efficient communication across all levels of the organization to ensure consistency in achieving company objectives. Lead operational initiatives, track KPIs, and develop operational dashboards to monitor performance. Analyze workflows and processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, productivity, and cost performance. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, safety, and quality standards relevant to operations. Work closely with business leaders and field teams to support broader organizational strategy. Lead the integration of acquisitions, recommend process improvements, and drive adoption across teams. Develop, mentor, and support field operations teams to foster growth and operational excellence. Proactively create a safe and efficient working environment through culture, training, and risk mitigation. Prepare and present operational reports, findings, and recommendations to the Executive team. Other duties as assigned by the CEO. Requirements include:Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA or related field). Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in real estate, construction, or property management. Proven track record managing large teams and driving operational improvements. Experience integrating acquisitions or scaling operations is highly desirable. Skills: Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Advanced proficiency in operational metrics and performance analysis. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications: Relevant operations, project management, or real estate certifications are a plus. Knowledge: Deep understanding of operational processes, workflow optimization, and risk management. Familiarity with real estate management, property operations, and field team oversight. Key Competencies: Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable operational plans. High integrity, accountability, and commitment to excellence. Strong leadership presence and ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
