Business Analyst - Accounting, F2 Subs

The Business Analyst provides critical technical support for accounting systems and processes, ensuring seamless operations across inventory management, and financial systems. This role combines accounting expertise with technical proficiency to maintain system integrity, support migrations, and troubleshoot complex accounting system issues. Key job responsibilities Inventory Management • /tInventory Controllership - Maintain ownership and oversight of inventory accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance • /tInventory Reconciliation - Troubleshoot reconciliations differences between warehouse management systems and accounting records to identify and resolve discrepancies • /tSOD Compilation/Review - Compile and review Segregation of Duties documentation to ensure proper internal controls and compliance Accounting Systems Support • /tGreat Plains Support: o/tManage user account access and permissions o/tPerform system maintenance including checklinks and year-end rollforward procedures o/tTroubleshoot system issues such as PO approval workflows and transaction processing errors • /tLaserfiche Support (Document Management System) - Execute monthly system updates and maintenance, diagnose and resolve document management system issues and update workflows to support operations • /tVantage Point EDI - Support Electronic Data Interchange processes. Investigate and resolve electronic invoice processing failures • /tSharePoint Site Maintenance - Maintain and update SharePoint sites for accounting team collaboration System Migration & Integration • /tAFT Migration - Support the Amazon Fulfillment Technology migration, including data flow design, testing, and accounting integration. Support the transition away from legacy systems and ensure continuity of accounting processes • /tSAP Migration Support - Assist with SAP implementation and integration activities BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience - Experience with Excel - Experience with SQL - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field - Demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining accounting software systems, particularly Great Plains and/or SAP. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
