Job Description Job Title: Insurance Producer / Insurance Sales Agent Location: South Bend, Indiana Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our growing team. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing insurance solutions that meet customers' needs. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new insurance leads through networking, referrals, and marketing. Develop relationships with individuals and businesses to understand their insurance needs. Present and sell insurance policies including auto, home, life, and commercial coverage. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing service and support. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Stay current with industry products, regulations, and underwriting guidelines. Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system. Qualifications: Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License (required or willing to obtain). Sales experience preferred (insurance or financial services is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
