Land Development Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and management of land development projects, focusing on subdivisions, site layouts, utilities, and drainage systems. Develop and evaluate civil plans, specifications, and reports to ensure precision and quality. Engage with clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective and innovative solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Preferred: PE license or EIT/EI with plans to obtain PE. Proven experience in civil site and land development projects. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software tools.
