Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and develop custom forms, templates, and workflows to meet diverse client needs. Implement our Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms to effectively serve our clients. Customize client-specific functionalities using SaaS tools, JavaScript, and other coding languages. Produce clean, efficient code in line with defined functional and non-functional specifications. Integrate various software components and third-party programs seamlessly. Troubleshoot and upgrade existing software to enhance performance. Gather, evaluate, and document customer use cases and business processes meticulously. Create detailed technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes. Understand and apply low-code platforms, relational database structures, and configuration methodologies. Contribute to developing detailed project documentation including schedules, quality management plans, testing plans, and conversion plans. Support clients and stakeholders in strategic discussions to address risks and issues while keeping projects on track. Familiarize yourself with various software development life cycle methodologies. Assist with business development efforts, including review and writing of RFPs. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience with COTS or SaaS solutions. At least 2 years of experience across all system development life cycle phases utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid Agile methodologies. Proficiency in JavaScript or similar coding languages for system configuration, development, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with JSON formatting and APIs, including their implementation and testing. Experience in modernizing legacy systems through the implementation of integrated, n-tier based solutions. Additional Skills Proficient in software such as MS Office (Project, Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint). Experienced with tools like MS Visual Studio, JIRA, and Postman. Knowledge of coding languages including JavaScript, C#, and Python. Technical proficiency in Service Oriented Architecture, TCP, FTP, SSH. Understanding of databases such as SQL, NoSQL, and Oracle. Experience with project methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum. Familiarity with standards like PMBOK, CMMI, Prosci OCM, IEEE, SEI. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an IT or engineering field. Relevant certifications like Certified DevOps Project Manager (DevOps PM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Certified, Certified Software Test Manager (CSTM), Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner, or ITIL Certified. Compensation: Compensation for this role at Public Consulting Group varies based on several factors, including specific office location, role, skill set, and experience level. As mandated by applicable law, the salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. This role also includes a comprehensive benefits package.
