Description Leidos is looking for an E-Discovery Project Manager to provide vital support for the Department of Justice in a dynamic and diverse setting. Join our dedicated management team that values your professional growth and development. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to drive project success. Coordinate and manage daily and weekly assignments for DOJ attorneys. Lead a team of up to 6 Paralegals in executing moderately complex tasks while adhering to established protocols: Download electronic case filings (ECFs) from PACER. Upload electronic filings into automated systems. Enter filing information into our case tracking system. Create and send links to the electronic filings for DOJ Attorneys. Respond promptly to DOJ attorney requests for information and retrieval. Compile, prepare, and summarize materials for attorney use in discovery and drafting legal documents. Conduct simple to moderately complex database searches. Perform basic legal research. Index and manage document discovery, depositions, and trial materials. Prepare cross-references for exhibits. Assist attorneys during courtroom proceedings. Monitor and adjust assignments and workflows as needed to meet DOJ requirements and timelines. Maintain regular communication with Government COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys, and client agency staff, as well as with other Contractor components. Provide team updates on procedures and train members on tasks and requirements, addressing DOJ and staff inquiries. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of increasing responsibility in litigation support projects. Minimum of one year of supervisory experience. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and attorneys. Proven ability to oversee complex and urgent litigation support activities, especially eDiscovery. In-depth knowledge of litigation support processes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Hands-on experience with Government office and network environments, including data processing, internet and server databases, and applications like Relativity. Familiarity with eDiscovery procedures and tools. Proficient in office applications including word processing and spreadsheets. Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Desired Qualifications: Experience supervising or managing docket & document review, preferably with PACER. Experience with docket and document review processes. Knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw. Paralegal experience is beneficial. A law degree, technical certification, or related graduate degree is a plus.
