As a VBCS Implementation Specialist, you will serve as a valued advisor, guiding customers and providing in-depth insights on Oracle VBCS and Oracle Integration Cloud. You will facilitate discussions to identify gaps and challenges, helping to shape and define customer integration needs and visions. Lead the complete project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to directing the development team and persuading the customer to embrace best practices and tools. Engage with various DevOps tools, defining and evolving standard practices in software engineering. Work independently on development and problem resolution, ensure timely delivery of project assets, and coordinate closely with customers, internal teams, and product teams for successful deployment of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to grasp their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Exhibit a strong customer service focus with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrate extensive experience as an Oracle VBCS Consultant with a proven track record of designing and implementing high-scale, impactful solutions. Possess a solid understanding of design and development methodologies. Identify potential risks and problem areas, developing effective procedures for resolutions. Maintain a broad understanding of multiple processes relating to the Oracle Integration Cloud ecosystem, including integration with Oracle SaaS, partner products/services, and third-party systems. Stay current on the latest Oracle Integration Cloud technologies and best practices through continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications BE, BTech, MCA, or an equivalent degree is preferred. Over 10 years of experience in large-scale IT implementations involving middleware integration components. Completed at least 4 end-to-end implementations utilizing Oracle VBCS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). In-depth functional knowledge of integrations and business processes with Oracle SaaS products, such as ERP, HCM, SCM. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly master unfamiliar concepts with minimal supervision. Familiarity with SaaS application tools and technologies (FBDI, BIP, ADFDI, Applications Composer, Page Integration, etc.). Expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Studio, along with substantial experience in Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile methodologies, and Estimations/Planning. Experience working as an Implementation Architect on Oracle OIC, VBCS, and PCS-based projects. Excellent communication and project/stakeholder/team management skills. A consistent record of creative and analytical problem-solving. Strong customer focus with excellent analytical abilities. Hands-on experience with build and integration tools like Maven and Jenkins. Proficient knowledge and use of REST APIs.
