Fuel Center Associate

Join our team as a Fuel Center Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to assist customers, manage cash transactions, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of our fuel center. What You Will Do: Provide exceptional customer service and encourage fellow associates to do the same. Operate fuel pumps and assist customers with fueling their vehicles. Conduct daily inspections and complete required reports. Manage incidents, including fuel spills, and complete necessary reports. Maintain a clean and organized fuel center environment. Perform cashier duties accurately. Answer customer inquiries and assist over the phone. Adhere to corporate policies and safety guidelines. Support our company initiatives and continuously promote a safety-first culture. Stay informed about emergency procedures and protocols. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally. Assist and support customers of all ages, including minors and individuals with special needs. Qualifications: Familiarity with industry terms and processes is preferred. A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
