Axios Professional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to support one of our manufacturing clients in Lowell, Michigan. This is a full time, hourly position that reports to the Customer Experience Lead. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for interacting directly with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products, ultimately aiming to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.Responsibilities:Answer consumer and commercial phone calls, providing timely and effective solutionsEnter and manage orders within Manage 2000Communicate proactively with customers regarding orders, updates, and issue resolutionProvide weights and measurements for sales quotesCommunicate with freight forwarders to obtain shipping quotesConvert sales quotes into orders and correcting discrepancies as neededCoordinate freight shipments and preparing required shipping documentationQualifications & Skills:Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretionSkilled at analyzing data and identifying trendsKnowledgeable about company products, services, and policiesComposed under pressure and able to handle stressful situationsResults-oriented and solution-focused with strong problem-solving abilitiesA collaborative team playerDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAn effective communicator, both verbally and in writingSelf-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and willingness to learnAxios Professional Recruitment is an entirely employee-owned company and the largest independent staffing firm in West Michigan.
