Job Summary The Health Plans Account Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the Employer Account Executive by ensuring strong communication and initiatives with Employer Groups. This role emphasizes building and nurturing strong relationships with key client counterparts. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Employer Groups and Health Plan Leadership to swiftly resolve issues and enhance member satisfaction; collaborate with operational teams to implement preventive measures for recurring challenges. Partner with account executives and market leadership to develop compelling business cases for client initiatives, offering necessary support for projects including implementations and performance standards. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to interpret reporting requests, analyze critical information, and present it in a clear and impactful way to facilitate decision-making. Conduct regular meetings with Employer Groups to strengthen relationships and promote product opportunities, ensuring thorough follow-up with stakeholders and clients. Assist in client audits and create presentations to enhance client visits and health fairs. Engage directly with small employer accounts to maximize pharmacy spending through our suite of products and services. Enhance Employer Group retention by proactively addressing issues, understanding client challenges deeply, and implementing beneficial changes collaboratively. Document all interactions with assigned accounts in the Salesforce CRM, ensuring the data serves as a reliable source for overall client relationships. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience; a high school diploma or GED is required. A minimum of two years of experience in Client Service or Account Management. Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship. Additional Qualifications Demonstrated ability to create persuasive selling messages, presentations, and proposals that lead to successful sales outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, build consensus, and influence across all levels of the organization. Able to manage multiple competing priorities while driving programs and initiatives to successful completion. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the capacity to lead multiple complex projects under tight deadlines. Effectiveness in a matrixed team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry. Previous pharmacy technician experience and/or CPhT certification. All employees must understand and adhere to the relevant security responsibilities, legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, along with internal policies and procedures specific to their roles. The potential salary for this role ranges from $59,000.00 to $94,000.00, depending on experience and skills.
