CDL-A Truck Driver | Mentor for No-Touch Freight

Earn weekly pay between $1,875 and $2,450, based on CPM tier, dispatched miles, and student activity. Mentors are compensated for all truck miles driven (both mentor and student). Position Options: OTR Solo Driver OTR Mentor / Trainer (eligibility required) Why Choose Our Mentor Program? Typical mentor run is 11 days OTR. Students drive at least 5 hours a day; mentors can utilize the remaining hours. Receive $850 for completing mentor development training, along with bonuses related to student performance. Bonus opportunities of $500 after 10,000 safe student miles and an additional $300 after 20,000 miles. Freight & Equipment: 100% No Touch Dry Van, ensuring your focus on driving.
