As a Talent Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the associate experience through innovative written and digital content. We are seeking a passionate individual who is dedicated to creating culture-driven content that aligns employees with our mission and values. In this position, you will be tasked with delivering engaging experiences via impactful events, effective communication, and meaningful engagement initiatives. About the Position: Assist in crafting and implementing strategies to engage, inform, and inspire associates throughout the organization. Support on-site events for Omaha-area associates and virtual programming for remote associates. Contribute to internal communications and digital production functions to support internal customers effectively. Help draft and distribute internal newsletters and important announcements. Ensure that all communications reflect a consistent tone, voice, and brand alignment. Maintain a content calendar to synchronize messaging with organizational milestones and events. Assist a team of content creators and videographers by providing drafting and cataloging support when necessary. Collaborate with various stakeholders to address communication needs and offer multimedia solutions. Track the performance and engagement levels of internal campaigns. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Multimedia Production, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in engagement, internal communications, digital content production, events, or corporate media. Strong storytelling and writing skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse employee audiences. Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. A genuine passion for creating culture-driven content that connects employees to the organization’s purpose and values. Demonstrated familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Preferred experience with multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and video editing platforms.
