Benefits:401(k) matchingCompetitive salaryDental insuranceHealth insuranceOpportunity for advancementPaid time offVision insuranceCore Health Provider Services is looking for an empathetic, detail oriented, compassionate, and reliable Individual to be a manager for our group homes.Duties and Responsibilities· Providing afterhours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotationMust be flexible and able to provide coverage at homes in the event of call outsMonthly grocery shopping & Meal PlanningKitchen DutiesDisaster DrillsEnsuring the home is in compliance with state standards at all timeClient oversightProvide emotional and physical care for adults in homeAssist with ADLs, tracking goals, and community outingsSupervising and training household staffMedication management, grocery shopping/meal/preparing budgetOn-call and/or available to work open shifts as neededAdheres to assigned schedules and reports to duty for the hours assigned and/implements planned schedules and activitiesSupports in activities and companionship services for daily living, such as cooking,bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring, and other related housekeepingAccompanies and transports to participate in visits for recreation, medical,evidential care appointments, therapies, personal shopping and other community activitiesImplement ISP goalsAssists in creating a physical environment that lends to progress including housecleaning and laundryOther duties as assigned
