Production Assembly Specialist - B Shift

Your Impact: Set up and operate various assembly equipment, including hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders to ensure smooth production flow. Flexibly rotate across different work cells as directed by your Supervisor or Cell Leader, gaining diverse experience. Efficiently pack finished products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are consistently met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment to promote workplace safety and efficiency. Actively contribute to improvements within the cell, helping to enhance processes and efficiency. Perform all tasks according to established quality standards to maintain our commitment to excellence. Qualifications: Skills & Experience Proficient in reading and writing English, with the ability to understand MSDS sheets and standard work instructions; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred. At least 1 year of experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing setting. Strong manual dexterity and mechanical skills. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and accurately read measuring devices. Available to train on A shift before transitioning to B shift. Physical Requirements: Regularly exert up to 20 lbs. of force, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stand, and move around for sustained periods as needed.
