Position Overview As a Clinical Specialist (RDCS Certification Preferred), you will play a crucial role in understanding and addressing the clinical needs of customers within your territory. Collaborating with Territory Managers, you will demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite products, facilitate sales, and ensure a great customer experience. After the sale, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and promoting the effective use of FUJIFILM Sonosite products. Note: This position is open to candidates residing in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL to Greater Miami, FL area, offering a central location for the territory's operations. Job Description Essential Job Functions: Collaborate with Territory Managers to identify customer clinical needs and demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite products effectively. Implement FUJIFILM Sonosite products on-site and provide comprehensive training to customers. Manage post-sales activities by supporting product adoption and addressing customer concerns, fostering a positive experience. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients at installed base sites. Articulate the value of FUJIFILM Sonosite products to users and stakeholders at customer sites. Assist Inside Sales Representatives in demonstrating products in the field as required. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base and work with the Territory Manager to maximize these chances. Offer Clinical, Technical, and Educational support to new and existing clients as needed. Assist other departments within the company when required. Act as the primary commercial resource in the absence of the Territory Manager. Ensure compliance with the company’s quality system regulations. Knowledge and Experience: Associate degree from an accredited ultrasound training program. RDMS certification in Abdomen/OB GYN. RDCS certification preferred; RVT or RVT eligibility is also a plus. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdominal/OBGyn/Vascular). Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple requirements effectively. A robust understanding of both clinical and business needs specific to customers and FUJIFILM Sonosite. Ability to convert customer needs into actionable product recommendations. Skills and Abilities: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all accounts. Professional aptitude for managing interpersonal relationships across team members and clients. Adaptability to changing priorities and workloads. Strong organizational skills to consistently meet customer and company deadlines. Willingness to travel 90% of the time. Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations. Self-motivated, capable of working independently, while fostering a collaborative team environment. Professional representation of FUJIFILM Sonosite at all times. Salary and Benefits: Annual salary between $90,000.00 - $125,000.00, based on experience, plus variable bonus opportunities. Insurance: Medical, Dental & Vision, Life & Company-paid Disability. Retirement Plan (401k): Features a 4% automatic Company contribution and a matching policy up to 6% of your salary. Paid Time Off: Accrual of up to three (3) weeks of PTO in the first year, with increases based on tenure. Employee Choice Holidays: Four (4) additional paid days off based on the hire date within the calendar year. Paid Holidays: Eight (8) designated paid holidays annually.
