Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 04/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience required. Travel experience preferred. Certs REQ: BLS License REQ: An active Licensed PT following the NY state regulations required Education: B.S. in Physical Therapy Description: Shift: Days - Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm),40hr/week Duties: Will evaluate plans and implement programs in accordance with indicated procedures; fonnulate specific goals for patient treatment by appropriately collaborating with other health care personnel and/nthe patients; prepare and maintain notes and discharge records in a timely manner; attend designated clinics, rounds, and conferences, and render patient information; participate in educational programs for staff members, students, volunteers, and other professional health care personnel; train new staff members; serve as clinical instructor for senior level students; and facilitate new program development.
