Part Time Medical Receptionist at Bethel Rd

The Medical Receptionist will work as a team player and play a vital role in our medically supervised weight management clinic. You will work closely with our Clinical Director and Medical Assistants to ensure a smooth patient experience from their first phone call to checking them out at their weekly visits. Responsibilities: Point of contact for patients via phone Assisting patients in scheduling appointments both during clinic and during office hours Check out patients and help them with product purchases Provide motivation and support to patients Effectively communicate with dietitians, physicians, nurse practitioners and medical assistants Work with our Clinical Director to implement standard processes Track patient details including referral types and contact through our CRM Qualifications: Experience with any Medical Scheduling and Billing Software Fluency in Google Workplace Apps (or Microsoft Office Suite) Excellent communication skills High-level time management and organization Strong work ethic and performance standards An outgoing and energetic personality Clinic hours include some evenings and weekends but can be flexible. An individualized work schedule will be determined by the candidate and the Clinical Director.
