The Role The Tile, Masonry, Façade Estimator will play a critical role in the preconstruction process by: • Preparing detailed cost estimates for masonry, tile, natural stone, and exterior façade systems • Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and scope requirements • Performing accurate quantity takeoffs and cost analysis • Collaborating with operations, project executives, and leadership on bid strategy • Working closely with general contractors, architects, and vendors • Evaluating labor productivity, materials, and subcontractor pricing • Supporting the successful pursuit of large commercial projects This position is perfect for a Tile, Masonry, Façade Estimator who enjoys working on challenging projects where expertise in exterior building systems makes a measurable impact.
