Social Media Project Manager

Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Social Media Project Manager with a major corporation in Glendale, CA. This assignment will be onsite Mon-Thurs and remote on Fridays. Duration: 5+ month(s) Pay Rate: $55 - $58/hr DOE MUST HAVES: Excellent Comm Skills, Team Player - close knit - fits right in, Ask Questions, be Proactive - double down - follow up, Collaborative, Curious, DISNEY - how the company works, Resourcefulness, Eager and moving forward, History of project production - Understand visuals - able to have an eye for social media, Know when something looks visually off-EXTREMELY detailed. Description:Manage timelines and workflows for Audience & Community initiatives across priority titles and tentpolesTrack deliverables across engagement, creator amplification, and Surprise & Delight activationsMaintain documentation within Airtable, or equivalent systemsOversee creator and fan content sourcing pipelines in partnership with agency teamsEnsure proper vetting of creators and fan accounts in alignment with brand safety guidelinesCoordinate with legal, franchise, and marketing stakeholders as needed for approvalsTrack licensing and usage needs for UGC amplification momentsServe as day-to-day liaison between Audience & Community and external agency partnersTrack recurring status meetings and ensure follow-ups are clearly documentedAlign cross-functional stakeholders across brands when applicableEscalate risks or timing conflicts proactively to leadershipSupport planning and execution of real-time engagement moments across social platformsProvide weekly project status updates and highlight risks or resource gapsProvide performance or sentiment summaries when requestedMaintain clean tracking of engagement initiatives and creator programsEnsure smooth documentation and handoff at the conclusion of the contract period Basic Qualifications: Airtable, Internet Savvy - knows what to look for 3-5 exp - heavy social experience/background.
