Join Highmark Inc. as we drive strategic planning and operational efficiencies within our Salesforce platform, which is pivotal not just for sales roles but also for numerous essential operational processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various business partners, including Sales Leadership, IT, and other Blue Plans, to create and execute our strategic vision. This position acts as the subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce administration, leading a team of certified Salesforce business admins who will partner with IT to deliver innovative projects and explore new technological solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing user adoption, best practices, and training while working effectively with IT to resolve technical issues and implement improvements for multiple business units. Remote Work: While this role is remote, candidates located near Highmark's operational regions are preferred. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Manage departmental functions including hiring, coaching, performance management, and staff productivity. Develop policies and programs to optimize operations. Drive CRM roadmap capabilities and enhancements aligned with business strategies. Contribute to the Sales Operations strategy as a key team member, delivering cross-functional plans that include best practices to enhance CRM performance. Translate strategic objectives into actionable tasks with clear accountability. Build relationships and communicate effectively with leaders and external stakeholders to manage expectations and organize effective meetings. Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for stakeholders, ensuring successful CRM adoption among the sales team. Collaborate with leaders throughout Highmark to leverage data insights and ensure accurate and timely communication of ongoing initiatives. Perform other duties as needed. EDUCATION Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for education. Preferred: Master's Degree in a related field. EXPERIENCE Required: 3 years in a management or leadership role, experience in complex environments, presenting solutions to leadership, in a Business Analyst role, and working with insurance products. Preferred: 3 years in a consulting position, with experience in reporting and Salesforce. LICENSES or CERTIFICATIONS Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator. Preferred: PA Insurance Producer License - Accident & Health.
