Restoration Project Manager and Estimator

Job Description We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled Project Manager and Estimator to join a reputable and expanding commercial restoration company. This role is essential, and we are eager to connect with motivated individuals who have a strong foundation in either commercial or residential restoration. Key Responsibilities: Manage restoration projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency. Prepare detailed estimates using tools like Xactimate, DASH, or MICA. Collaborate with teams to implement best practices in restoration, reconstruction, and mitigation. Travel as required for project oversight and client meetings. Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience in Project Management or Estimating within the restoration space. High School Diploma required; GED, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree preferred. Familiarity with restoration software such as Xactimate). IICRC certifications in Fire, Water, or Mold restoration are highly preferred. Experience in commercial and residential construction is beneficial. Proven ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. A proactive and highly motivated approach to project management.
