Civil Estimator - Utilities and Infrastructure Projects

Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Civil Estimator specializing in wet utilities and infrastructure! We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about shaping our communities through innovative site development. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates for a wide range of civil and site development projects. Bid on extensive wet utility tasks, including water mains, sanitary and storm sewer systems, and cross mains. Estimate scopes related to site development, such as grading, earthwork, and utility packages. Carefully review project plans, specifications, and conduct quantity takeoffs with an exceptional attention to detail. Work collaboratively with project management and operations teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Support preconstruction planning and refine bidding strategies to boost competitiveness. Preferred Experience Significant estimating experience in wet utility and site development projects. Experience with municipal or DOT-related civil work is beneficial. Strong understanding of underground infrastructure and construction techniques. Proficiency in estimating software such as HCSS, B2W, or similar tools is a plus.
