This opportunity is designed for a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room experience to deliver age-specific, direct patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The role requires utilizing the Nursing Process within established nursing standards to provide exceptional care. You'll also take on leadership responsibilities, including delegating tasks to the care team and ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert nursing care to patients across various age groups in an emergency environment. Employ the Nursing Process while adhering to departmental and specialty-specific standards of care. Lead and delegate duties to other healthcare personnel to support efficient patient care. Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and institutional policies. Uphold and demonstrate best practices in patient safety and care quality. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Registered Nurse with current credentials. Proven experience in Emergency Room nursing. Active certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation techniques prior to assignment start-or scheduling of courses before Clinical Orientation. Strong leadership and delegation capabilities within nursing teams. Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
