At THERAMOTION PT, serving the Bayside community for over 23 years, we are dedicated to providing top-notch one-on-one care rehabilitation services in a supportive and innovative environment. We uses a hands-on holistic approach to patient care utilizing Manual Therapy, biomechanics training and Therapeutic exercise, Pilates, and neuromuscular re-education.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.Use Manual Therapy techniques, soft-tissue Mobilization, and Joint mobilizations to restore overall mobilityImplement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (chiropractic, and Accupuncture) to ensure comprehensive care.Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.Stay updated on the latest physical therapy practices and techniques.Participate in community outreach and wellness programs.Requirements:Valid New York State Physical Therapy License.Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.Additional Advantages:2-3 patients/hourskilled and certified trainers/PT aides take patients through TherEx on a one-on-one basisPilates equipment and new, state of the art therapeutic exercise exercise equipmentModalities including, Laser, US, Estim using Chattanooga Vectrta and Theralase.
