As the Senior Manager of Overlay Program Management, you will lead a team focused on executing and governing cross-functional initiatives that standardize best practices and processes across OCI. You will work closely with leaders, architects, and stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives that have a profound impact across multiple domains. This leadership position is crucial for fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the organization, leveraging your ability to influence without direct authority. Your team will manage complex overlay initiatives, ensuring that strategic programs are in place to support OCI's growth and commitment to engineering excellence. Responsibilities: Lead and shape OCI overlay program strategies focused on enterprise-wide processes and engagement. Initiate and oversee cross-functional overlay initiatives, defining KPIs and providing progress reports to executive sponsors. Drive process and tooling initiatives that enhance operational consistency across teams. Mentor and develop a team of technical program managers aligned with overlay program objectives. Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders to promote cooperation and adoption across diverse teams. Enhance stakeholder engagement and collaboration to ensure the success of overlay programs with measurable outcomes. Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence across organizational boundaries. Experience in conflict resolution and management. Detail-oriented with structured and creative problem-solving skills. History of managing multiple, matrixed teams and initiatives effectively. Preferred experience in direct people management and mentoring. Outstanding communicator with a strong executive presence. Adaptable and focused on driving productive efficiency. Proven background in planning and leading strategic, organization-wide initiatives. Excellent project reporting abilities, emphasizing cross-organizational communication. Technical knowledge of cloud technologies and industry best practices. Range and Benefits: US: Hiring Range in USD from: $118,500 to $251,600 per annum. Eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
