UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Transplant for a nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. For more than 50 years, our nationally recognized transplant team has performed more than 12,000 kidney transplant surgeries.  We are seeking an RN Transplant Coordinator – Kidney to: Collaborate with world-renowned transplant experts in a program known globally for research, innovation, and excellence in patient outcomes. Guide patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives. Use your critical thinking and clinical judgment daily, delivering personalized education and support across the continuum of care. Facilitate building lasting relationships with patients and families. Work in an academic medical center that actively applies research and cutting-edge therapies to help patients live longer and reduce transplant risks. Make a tangible difference, providing hope and saving lives by helping patients successfully navigate the transplant process.
