Key Responsibilities as a Store Leadership Assistant: You will play a vital role in managing a single store, which includes hiring, guiding associates, achieving financial targets, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Your efforts will be crucial in making your store successful. To prepare you for this role, we provide a comprehensive 3 or more weeks of store leadership training. Required Skills & Experience: High school diploma Flexibility to work at any store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) ADA Statement: The work environment may include hot areas with steam from food preparation and restricted workspace. Employees will generally be expected to stand for extended periods. Tasks will involve preparing hot and cold foods, and using a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced atmosphere. Employees should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters measuring 36 inches to assist customers. The kitchen environment may be hot and noisy with limited storage space available.
