Job Overview Join us as a Senior IT Business Optimization Analyst, where you will play a critical role in enhancing our sourcing, procurement, and cost management tools. As a subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion, you will support UAT testing, create training materials, and empower employees and suppliers through user support and training. Your expertise will drive process improvements and contribute to our team’s success. Key Responsibilities Provide support for sourcing, procurement, and cost tools, ensuring effective user training and support. Develop and document business processes and workflows, focusing on key performance indicators and opportunities for enhancements. Lead the implementation of new supply chain IT solutions and improvements by developing strategies and managing project requirements such as scope, resources, and timelines. Collaborate with Oracle stakeholders to align project goals and metrics, ensuring that all solutions meet business needs. Analyze global supply chain requirements and present efficient implementation options, working closely with IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Create managed project plans, facilitate cross-functional team meetings, and track project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Design SQL business reports that support operational performance and decision-making processes. Engage with teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Provide backup support for other process owners as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in supply chain IT roles, demonstrating strong project management and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments. Proficiency in Oracle's ERP tool suite, particularly in procurement and sourcing modules, along with advanced SQL programming capabilities. A self-motivated and innovative mindset, capable of turning complex challenges into actionable solutions. Strong data analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to develop insightful dashboards. Demonstrated leadership, project management, and effective communication skills. Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects to achieve successful outcomes. Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Agile, Scrum, and/or PMP certifications are advantageous. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range between $97,500 to $199,500 per year, along with bonuses and equity options.
