Description Leidos is looking for a dynamic and proactive Manager of Residential Contractor Networks to join our Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a diverse and skilled network of contractors, enhancing accessibility and impact of energy efficiency initiatives. Your efforts will include engaging with contractors directly, providing practical training, and facilitating seamless on-boarding processes. You will meet contractors where they are to create clear pathways into the Program, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships. As a key resource, you will coordinate all interactions with program contractors, providing oversight, guidance, and support. Your leadership will drive performance related to training, educational offerings, compliance with program requirements, and retention within the contractor network. You will report directly to the Portfolio Program Ally Manager and collaborate closely with the Ameren Illinois Residential Program Managers and Field Teams. Location: Leidos prioritizes employment opportunities for utility ratepayers in Illinois. Therefore, we strongly prefer candidates who reside within the Ameren Illinois service territory. Primary Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and daily management of the Residential Program Ally contractor network throughout the Ameren Illinois service area, ensuring comprehensive regional and trade coverage to enhance program performance. Oversee contractor recruitment, onboarding, enrollment, and continuous engagement, with a strategic focus on increasing participation in Building Envelope (Insulation). Identify and assess regional network deficiencies, work collaboratively to develop targeted recruitment strategies with program stakeholders. Manage and maintain all necessary enrollment documentation including W-9, insurance, ICC verification, participation agreements, and data integrity within Aleet (Salesforce). Provide collaborative support to contractors, including program guidance, incentive updates, performance feedback, and resolving issues in partnership with field teams. Work closely with marketing teams to create outreach campaigns that attract and retain high-performing contractors. Encourage participation in training and educational opportunities to improve contractor skills, compliance, and uphold quality standards. Oversee contractor data management and performance reporting, tracking metrics that inform overall program strategy. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in energy efficiency or contractor-driven programs, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. Experience in contractor service delivery and/or implementation of energy efficiency programs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. Proven ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with experience in improving processes and managing documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Willingness to travel up to 50%, including potential overnight trips. Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Project or program management experience. BPI, LEED, or similar industry certification. This role primarily supports the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program, with Leidos as the employer. Ameren Illinois does not select or manage the work performed by the individual in this position.
