Duties and Responsibilities: Drive sales revenue and expand market share within your territory. Pursue and secure new business opportunities while developing innovative methods for client engagement. Implement strategic plans aimed at achieving a 10% annual market share increase. Oversee the clinical demonstration process for target accounts, ensuring successful business closures. Collaborate with a Clinical Sales Specialist for effective pre-demonstration activities. Maintain and nurture current customer accounts through regular interactions and product education. Build relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and administration personnel. Train customers on proper equipment usage in clinical settings. Provide educational materials and support in the field. Become a resource for proper reprocessing techniques of AER products. Support VIP customers as required by management. Work alongside the Product Development team on clinical evaluations of new and existing products. Provide consistent reporting on sales activities and forecasts to management. Attend trade shows as required to represent the company and engage with customers. Adhere to all safety policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields with 3-5 years of field sales experience preferred. Ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Strong interpersonal skills to develop solid customer relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Effective communication skills for interacting with both internal and external customers. Ability to manage time and regional budget effectively. Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Capability to write detailed reports and prioritize customer needs. Comfortable speaking in front of small groups and relaying technical information clearly. Adept at basic math skills necessary for calculations of discounts. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for 75-100% of the workday. Use hands effectively for manipulation of items and keyboarding. Capability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of the day. Able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds as needed. Possess close vision abilities for detailed tasks. Travel: Willingness to travel 75% of the time, including up to 50% overnight travel. Service the entire regional territory as part of your responsibilities. This role may require compliance with COVID-19 vaccination protocols and vendor credentialing requirements for hospital access.
