Position Overview The Corporate Dining Operations Manager (CDOM) is integral to ensuring outstanding service delivery and efficient daily operations at our workplace dining accounts. As the key point of contact for clients, the CDOM will coordinate effective communication among onsite teams, culinary experts, and leadership to uphold Radish's high standards of hospitality, quality, and consistency. Key Responsibilities Account Management Maintain proactive and consistent communication with clients to achieve operational excellence and satisfaction. Ensure all onsite services reflect Radish's hospitality standards and brand values. Collaborate with the Regional Account Manager (RAM) to address service issues and identify improvement opportunities. Act as the primary liaison between clients, onsite staff, and Radish leadership. Ensure timely and accurate completion of timekeeping and injury documentation. Client Relations & Retention Deliver consistent client communication and proactively follow-up on feedback and requests. Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data analysis regarding client satisfaction, overages, and consumption trends. Work with leadership to ensure offerings are aligned with client preferences. Assist in maintaining accurate financial data and support the invoice processing as necessary. Oversee accurate financial tracking, including budget management and invoice reconciliation. Brand, Marketing & Events Coordinate onsite events, pop-ups, and special features in tandem with leadership and client requests. Support brand and marketing initiatives, including signage and communications. Training & Staff Development Lead or participate in training sessions and SOP refreshers as directed by leadership. Contribute to continuous improvement by developing and documenting best practices. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant management, corporate dining, or account management roles. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client communication. Strong organizational and leadership skills with a dedication to hospitality. Solid financial acumen with basic accounting skills for budget management and invoice processing. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Total Party Planner, and Nowsta (or similar systems). Able to work on feet for up to 10 hours; able to lift and carry 50+ lbs. ServSafe Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). Valid California Driver's License. Preferred Experience Experience managing workplace dining, catering accounts, or in restaurant management. Comprehensive understanding of culinary workflows and front-of-house operations. Experience mentoring or supervising small teams. Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred. Benefits $85,000 - $95,000 base salary depending on experience. Paid time off and holidays.
