As an Oracle Cloud Tax Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients tackle the challenges of digital transformation. Your ability to combine your expertise and creativity will enable you to address complex business issues and deliver tailored Oracle solutions. You will lead projects, work closely with teams, and engage in both detailed workstreams as well as broader strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Guiding clients in understanding leading business processes essential for their transformation using Oracle. Identifying strategies and potential risks while recommending effective solutions to help clients meet their objectives. Leading and mentoring project teams, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative environment. Creating design options through prototypes for client review. Setting up, documenting, and testing Oracle systems while utilizing Oracle methodologies. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals. Building trust with clients, team members, and managers for successful project delivery. Continuing your professional development to support business development and sales efforts. Staying abreast of industry trends and Oracle updates to provide optimal solutions to clients. Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0% to 100% based on project needs. To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials. A minimum of 3 years of experience with EB Tax, including localization and integrations with solutions like Vertex or OneSource. Three years of experience in direct, indirect tax, and transfer pricing capabilities, specifically within the Oracle Cloud context. A minimum of 3 years implementing European Tax requirements such as JPK and SAF-T. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years minimum). For those with an Associate degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required. Bonus qualifications include: Experience in tax reconciliation and reporting requirements. CPA certification or similar credentials. Oracle Cloud Financials Certification in General Ledger, AP, or AR. Proven experience with end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations. A track record of building high-performing teams and a passion for developing Oracle Cloud Financial experts.
