You will lead the team to meet sales targets, enhance guest satisfaction, and improve restaurant performance while fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities: Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and relevant laws Manage recruitment, interviewing, and training of team members Inspire and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service Assist in driving sales through effective marketing strategies Engage with guests to address any quality or service issues Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards Monitor operational processes to guarantee high food quality and cleanliness Oversee financial performance by analyzing reports and following cash handling protocols Control food and labor costs through effective management practices Perform other duties as assigned What We Seek: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences Proficiency in computer usage and basic business mathematics Ability to lead and develop a collaborative team Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Prior leadership experience required Minimum of 2 years in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred College or culinary education is a plus Physical Requirements: This position requires prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and regular interaction with guests and staff throughout the restaurant.
