Key Responsibilities Behavioral Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLLS) to create personalized, data-driven ABA treatment plans. Clinical Intervention: Deliver direct ABA therapy services, applying evidence-based strategies to teach new skills and address challenging behaviors. Supervision and Training: Oversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), ensuring treatment effectiveness. Caregiver Collaboration: Provide parent education and training to empower families and facilitate the generalization of skills across diverse settings. Data Analysis & Modification: Collect and analyze data continuously to track client progress and make informed, data-driven treatment modifications. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, aligning with the BACB Ethical Code and all professional/legal requirements. Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support. Qualifications Required Certification: Valid, current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Licensure: Arizona State Licensure for Behavior Analysts (if applicable, or willingness to obtain). Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience providing ABA services, including assessment, treatment planning, and supervision. Skills: Strong understanding of ABA principles, exceptional clinical skills, and effective communication (both written and verbal). Other: Reliable transportation, ability to travel within North Phoenix, and capability of passing a background check. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with various assessment tools and curricula; Bilingual (English/Spanish).
