About Our Client My client has been serving the Western, MA Construction Market for just shy of 20 years, beginning as a local residential contractor and has now grown into a multi-faceted General Construction firm that is taking on 90% commercial projects and have just adjusted their business model to take on projects up to $50M. They specialize in most major sectors of Construction Projects from $5M - $25M and are looking to expand to $100M/year by 2030. They are very actively looking for a Senior Project Manager to support a variety of ground up and renovations projects in the area for local colleges, municipalities, and businesses. Job Description As the Senior Project Manager you will: Coordinate project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project time lines Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross- functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution Contribute to budget management by monitoring project expenses, tracking costs, and identifying cost saving opportunities Assist in procurement activities Prepare and maintain project documentation Report and communicate effectively with Project Executive and Construction Manager Have the clear opportunity to grow to PX within the business MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
