Description: Notes from Intake Call on 3/3/2026: • Shift: flexible as long as contractor works during core business hours (9am-3pm) ; Example: 7:30am-4:30pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm • Work location: Hybrid (3 days on site (M, W, Thu), Tues and Fri (remote) • Contract position only • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred • This is an entry level position but manager is looking for candidates with 1-2 years' experience . Note: If candidate has degree, the HM will count internship experience if the work was in a similar field. • Must understand end-to-end recruiting process, be computer savvy, and have excellent customer service skills. • No overtime required • Industry knowledge not required • HM is looking to do interviews as soon as possible. • Interview process: 1st interview will be virtual with the HM , and 2nd interview will be onsite for meet and greet with the team. Notes from MGR-Supp call 3/5/2026: • Going to be front line support person for HR technology group (HRIS) • Responding to ticketing, troubleshooting, configuration int the system, working with end users, internal customers, and vendors • Working through Service Now application: Most Service Now tickets will come from recruiters or HR generalist out in the field • Good Customer service is front and center, very important • Responding via phone call, instant message, email, ect. • Investigate issues. know when issue is complex and require escalation • Must be very analytical, can try new things on their own, identify pattens, access the situation, resolve issue, explain and troubleshoot issues • Will be in the middle of their most technical people and HR people. Person needs to understand the technical side (not writing code or anything, but baseline knowledge to be able to talk to someone in IT, having tech language is a PLUS! • Oracle Recruiting Cloud and/or Taleo experience is a PLUS • 3 non-negotiable skills: Customer Service, person who understands the recruiting process, end-to-end recruiting, technical knowledge with in an ATS (applicant tracking system), someone who is more on the administrative side of the system but can be a user of the ATS system as well. • Do not need industry experience Primary Purpose of the Job: We are currently in search of a Talent Analyst, HR Technology, to join the team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role will report into the Senior Manager, HR Systems, responsible for providing system-related support to the HR Technology tracks. This is an entry level position that will allow the individual in the role an opportunity to learn various workstreams of the HR Technology group with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition. Major Activities / Key Challenges: • Provide technology solution support on the HR Talent Acquisition system, which includes the setup & maintenance of application processes, troubleshooting, testing, and implementing enhancements. • Provide global application support to all regions on the administration of their Talent Acquisition processes, especially within a ticketing platform. • Work with Talent Acquisition COE team and global HR customers to validate their system solution requirements and propose options that meet and help them make decisions for their sites, on a global basis. • Assist in providing support on special projects, including opportunities that will enhance or improve existing processes. • Participate in the overall governance structure for Global People System including compliance testing. • Provide support to ongoing application patching and upgrade cycles. • Establish and maintain global compliance, security and data privacy standards for configuration, deployment and utilization of the Talent Acquisition system, and reporting solutions. • Analyze current and proposed system functionalities, analytics, tools, and customer deliverables to identify gaps and opportunities. From there, work with key partners (such as IT, Oracle, external vendor) to create a plan and execute. • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) utilizing automated Oracle guided learning module. Essential Knowledge & Skills: • Demonstrate an understanding of the Talent Acquisition process and an aptitude to learn and support HR Technology. • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. • Process improvement, quality management, systems & process control. • Function in a complex matrix management organization. • Strong Customer focus. • People management/Interpersonal skills. Basic Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of HR experience. • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of any HR reporting tools. • Ability to solve complex problems and think analytically. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems, field from an accredited institution.
