A Brief Overview The Performance Media Specialist is a key contributor to the execution, maintenance and optimization of performance marketing initiatives across paid search, organic search, local listing and affiliate marketing. This role supports a variety of performance-driven activities including campaign analysis, CMS page updates and builds, paid search maintenance and directory management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and eager to collaborate across teams to ensure campaigns and initiatives are accurate, effective, and aligned with business goals. With 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, the analyst will play a vital role in driving visibility, engagement, and performance across multiple digital touchpoints. What you will do Google Business Profile Management and other Directory Updates Maintain and update business listings within Yext to ensure accuracy and consistency. Coordinate with internal teams to reflect changes in store hours, locations, or services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Google Business Profiles. Assist the field in store listing troubleshooting and error updates. Campaign Performance Analysis Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital media channels. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. CMS Page Support Assist in building and updating content on CMS platform Ensure accurate tagging, linking, and formatting of media-related content on landing pages. Collaborate with content, SEO, and product teams to ensure pages are optimized for performance and user experience. Paid Search Campaign Maintenance Assist in updating ad copy, creative assets, keywords, audiences across paid search platforms. Support testing initiatives and ensure campaigns remain aligned with brand messaging and performance goals. Affiliate Publisher Recruitment Audits Support audits of affiliate publisher networks to identify new partnership opportunities. Assist in evaluating publisher performance and compliance with brand guidelines. Yelp Tier Updates Manage and update Yelp profile tiers monthly Monitor performance and engagement metrics related to Yelp listings. Data Management & Quality Assurance Assist in the setup and QA of campaign tracking (e.g., UTM parameters, pixels, tags). Collaborate with media and analytics teams to ensure proper data collection and attribution. Troubleshoot discrepancies in data and escalate issues as needed. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards What You Will Need Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business or other related field Required 1-3 years Experience in Digital marketing, Media analytics, Agency or in-house Foundational understanding of performance media channels including paid search, organic search and affiliate marketing. Required Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, GA4, or affiliate marketing platforms. Preferred Hands-on experience with Google Business Profiles, Yelp, and online directory management Preferred Google ads certified Preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. (Medium proficiency) Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation creation (Medium proficiency) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. (High proficiency) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (High proficiency) Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week.
