Agile Web Developer

Job Title: Agile Web Developer Location: Ft. Sam Houston - San Antonio, TX (Hybrid: On-site every other day; 2 days one week / 3 days the next) Contract: FTDTL-IMS Program Position Overview We are seeking a Agile Web Developer to support our FTDTL-IMS contract at Ft. Sam Houston. This role will work as part of an Agile development team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications supporting mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have full-stack development experience, strong collaboration skills, and experience working within an Agile environment delivering scalable, secure solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain modern web applications using React (TypeScript) and JavaScript fr front-end development Design and implement middle-tier services using C# and .NET Core Develop and maintain backend database components using PL/SQL Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders within an Agile development environment Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full application stack Contribute to documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of development processes Required Qualifications Experience developing web applications using JavaScript and React (TypeScript) Experience with C# and .NET Core for application and API development Experience working with PL/SQL and relational databases Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills Ability to work on-site at Ft. Sam Houston on a hybrid schedule Preferred Qualifications Experience with Section 508 Compliance Testing or accessibility standards Experience working on federal or DoD programs Experience with modern DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines
