Robot Programmer - Industrial Robotics (TN Visa / Canada Work Permit Eligible) Location: Canada / North America Travel: 90-100% Job Description MMR CONSULTING is seeking experienced Robot Programmers to support automation installations and production launches across North America. This role involves programming, integration, and commissioning of robotic automation systems. Responsibilities Program and commission industrial robots Integrate robots with PLC-controlled automation systems Perform system debugging and optimization Support equipment installation and startup Troubleshoot robotic systems and automation cells Work with controls engineers and mechanical teams during integration Required Robot Experience, experience with one or more of the following: Fanuc ABB KUKA Kawasaki Motoman (Yaskawa) Preferred Industry Experience: Automotive manufacturing Food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics manufacturing GM, Ford, Tesla or Tier 1 suppliers High-speed automation lines Material handling and assembly automation Welding or vision systems Requirements Willingness to travel 90-100% Strong troubleshooting and commissioning experience Ability to work independently on customer sites Excellent communication and documentation skills Work Authorization We welcome candidates who are: Eligible for TN Visa Eligible for Canadian Work Permit Authorized to travel and work across North America
