Physical Therapist Location: Christiansburg, VA Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Shift: Day Shift, (Monday-Friday) Setting: Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on evidence-based treatment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and helping patients achieve optimal functional outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide individualized, patient-centered physical therapy services in accordance with professional standards Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMR systems Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and documentation standards Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional clinical presence Qualifications, Licensure, and Experience: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapist license Candidates with pending state licensure or scheduled to sit for licensure boards within six months are welcome Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) CEU and continuing education support Flexible scheduling options Mentorship and professional development opportunities Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (location-dependent)
