Job Description

Our client in Harrisburg, PA location is looking to hire a full time Sales Technology Manager with a background in the Oracle Retail Platform, primarily in the Order Management, pricing and sales area. Salary will be decided by client, after interviews occur. Details are as follows: SUMMARY Administers and supports enterprise systems that enable sales and revenue operations. Responsible for ensuring sales systems operate reliably, consistently, and in alignment with approved business rules while coordinating with technical teams and third-party vendors supporting customer relationship management and online ordering platforms. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Administer day-to-day operation of sales and revenue systems Own and maintain system configuration for Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing, Channel Revenue Management, Sales, and Incentive Compensation Define, maintain, and enforce business rules for order capture, pricing, rebates, commissions, and customer eligibility Plan and conduct quarterly testing of Oracle enterprise resource planning releases impacting sales, pricing, ordering, rebates, and commissions Coordinate defect resolution, enhancements, and configuration changes Lead user acceptance testing and approve sales-system-related changes Train sales and revenue users on system functionality and changes Develop and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures Coordinate release-related communications and training activities Administer integrations with customer relationship management systems and online ordering platforms Maintain system configuration, testing, and change documentation Serve as the primary escalation point for sales and revenue system issues Own the sales and revenue systems roadmap aligned to business strategy Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT leadership to prioritize enhancements and investments Act as the primary business liaison between Sales, IT, and external vendors Gather, document, and translate business requirements into system configuration and backlog items Ensure data integrity and consistency across sales, pricing, rebates, and commissions Establish and enforce controls for pricing, rebates, and incentive compensation Support audit and compliance activities related to revenue and commission processes Support reporting and analytics needs for sales performance and revenue data Manage relationships with system vendors and implementation partners Identify and mitigate risks related to sales system changes and integrations Lead incident root-cause analysis and implement preventative controls Continuously assess and optimize sales and revenue system processes SKILLS REQUIRED Strong understanding of order-to-cash and revenue processes Experience administering enterprise sales systems Knowledge of Agile practices including backlog management and iterative delivery Knowledge of project management practices including requirements tracking and testing coordination Ability to work effectively with non-technical users and external vendors Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Operations, Information Systems, or a related field Five or more years of experience supporting or administering sales or revenue systems Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing, Sales, and Incentive Compensation Experience leading user acceptance testing and training activities REPORTS TO: Enterprise Applications Manager
