Responsibilities Under the direction of a HR Business leader, this individual will be a part of our People Experience Team which provides HR support to internal associates. This includes, but not limited to the following: Learn company policies, procedures, and Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) system to provide HR support on a daily basis for both business leaders and associates Support day-one and week-one onboarding activities for new hires Participate in day-to-day employee relations Support incident investigations Participate in organizational restructurings Support business leader coaching in performance management of their direct reports Qualifications Education Preferred: May 2026 BS or BA graduate majoring in HR, Business, or related discipline with a career interest in Human Resources Education required: 4 year degree majoring in HR, Business, or related discipline Will also consider Dec. 2026 and May 2027 graduates #LI-KH2 #LI-HYBRID
