Your Role As a Senior Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative and driving engagement through compelling storytelling. We seek a candidate with extensive experience in SEO, technical writing, and contemporary content marketing strategies within a SaaS or product marketing context. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, understands the buyer journey, and possesses exceptional writing and conceptual skills. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of content strategies to enhance demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention across various channels, including our website, email, social media, and webinars. Work collaboratively with product, sales, and marketing teams to identify content gaps, create editorial calendars, and produce high-impact content such as case studies, ebooks, blogs, and video scripts. Conduct audience research, SEO audits, and competitive analysis to guide content themes and optimize for visibility and engagement. Oversee content production workflows, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to measure content performance and iterate strategies for improved ROI and conversion rates. Conceptualize, write, and edit diverse content including articles, presentations, brochures, white papers, advertisements, and infographics. Build strong relationships with subject matter experts to create engaging, research-based content. Promote IntelliScript's products and competencies within Milliman. Act as a branding resource for the Marketing team across IntelliScript. Guide employees on adhering to brand guidelines and conduct final peer reviews. Establish partnerships with various departments including Operations, Analytics, Sales, and Product Management. Manage tasks proactively and ensure successful project completion. Help develop and enforce a comprehensive style guide reflecting IntelliScript's voice and style. Audit presentations to ensure brand standards and product information accuracy. Support employer branding initiatives. Assist the Marketing team with logistics for webinars, speaking engagements, and other promotional activities. Occasionally travel for company and industry events as required. Complete additional marketing duties as assigned. Qualifications 5-10+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS or product marketing. Proven track record of creating a diverse portfolio of technical and SEO-optimized content. Excellent communication skills, capable of addressing multiple audiences through various media. Strong project management abilities with a history of meeting deliverables across departments. Familiarity with content management and analytics platforms. Experience maintaining brand standards across formats. Desired Skills Proactivity in generating content ideas and leading projects. Confidence in presenting concepts and defending strategic choices. Additional Preferences Advanced certifications in content marketing, SEO, or digital strategy. Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Proficiency with graphic design tools or video editing software. Knowledge of emerging content trends such as AI-driven personalization. Relevant education, training, or coursework towards an associate's or bachelor's degree. Familiarity with the Insurtech and healthcare IT sectors. Location The role is open for remote work, with occasional travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI, and other locations nationwide for meetings and events. Compensation The salary range for this position is $71,700 - $161,575, depending on experience and location.
