Highlights of Your Role: Conduct electrical work safely and efficiently, ensuring tidy and organized work areas. Troubleshoot and repair facility electrical systems in confined spaces and on elevated platforms. Document work order hours, equipment history, and inventory usage with accuracy. Interpret equipment manuals and drawings to aid maintenance and communicate effectively with both internal and external partners. You're a Great Fit if You Have: A current Minnesota Journeyman's Electrical License. Previous experience in performing electrical work in a facility or industrial environment. Capability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. We Also Value: Experience using aerial lifts, ladders, and hand tools safely and effectively. Flexibility to switch between tasks and departments as needed. A willingness to train others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Core Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with occasional overtime and weekend project work.
