OTR & Reefer Expertise: Experienced in handling long-haul routes and maintaining reefer temperatures while managing logbooks or ELDs. Strong Work Ethic: Initiates tasks, adapts to changing schedules, and maintains quality standards while on the move. Team Player: Works independently on the road but maintains effective communication with dispatch and demonstrates a respectful attitude. Customer-Centric: Represents the company professionally at every interaction with shippers and receivers. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a refrigerated (reefer) tractor-trailer for long-haul routes. Pick up and deliver perishable and temperature-sensitive freight on schedule. Monitor trailer temperature and ensure proper handling of loads. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to guarantee vehicle safety. What We Offer: Competitive Pay Rates. Team Drivers earn a flat rate of .65 CPM with weekly miles between 5,200 - 6,000. $40 Stop Pay after the first stop. Flexible Home Time. Qualifications: Must possess a Valid Class A CDL with a current medical card. 2 Years Verified CDL A Experience Required (within the last 5 years). Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). No more than 3 minor preventable accidents in the last 3 years. No more than 1 major preventable accident in the last 3 years. No DUI/DWI/DVI in the last 10 years. No SAP candidates within 12 months of SAP completion date.
