Join Our Innovative Vendor Management Team at Cardinal Health! Role Overview As a Senior Vendor Relations Manager at Cardinal Health, you will be essential in driving the success of our global business and finance services governance. This pivotal role focuses on managing daily governance processes with our key partners, including Genpact, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations while proactively identifying potential risks. We are seeking detail-oriented professionals with exceptional relationship-building skills. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and vendor delivery teams to meet their needs effectively while promoting top-tier vendor performance. Key Responsibilities Governance Execution Facilitate daily governance meetings, ensuring proper tracking of agendas and action items. Maintain adherence to the governance schedule and proper documentation. Keep updated trackers for issues and actions. Resource Management Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for third-party contractors. Manage access provisioning and documentation to ensure SOX compliance. Assist in resolving resource and system issues efficiently. Financial Oversight Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for outsourced services. Manage the commercial aspects of vendor contracts effectively. Conduct monthly financial performance analysis. Performance Monitoring Track vendor performance metrics and ensure compliance with SLAs. Analyze trends to inform leadership about areas for improvement. Issue & Risk Management Proactively identify risks and facilitate resolutions for outstanding issues. Maintain updated risk assessments for leadership review. Stakeholder Collaboration Engage with process owners and delivery teams to gather feedback and identify improvement areas. Continuous Improvement Support enhancements in governance tools and processes. Contribute to improving reporting systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. 8-12 years of experience in vendor management or related fields. Strong project management skills with a focus on follow-through. Familiarity with contracts, SLA frameworks, and performance metrics is advantageous. Excellent communication skills across diverse functions and cultures. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
