Position Overview Join FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation as an Account Executive focused on Endoscopic Sales. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue through direct interaction with prospective customers in your territory. You will promote our innovative core products, foster existing customer relationships, and educate the market on the clear advantages of our offerings. Your ability to build a robust network of references with complementary product partners will be key to your success. Additionally, you’ll stay informed about competitive products to position yourself as a knowledgeable consultant to our clients. Job Responsibilities: Generate and grow sales revenue and market share in your designated territory. Identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies for sales growth. Implement strategic business plans aimed at achieving a 10% annual increase in market share. Lead clinical demonstrations for targeted accounts, ensuring successful engagement and closing of sales. Collaborate with Clinical Sales Specialists for effective pre-demonstration activities. Maintain and enhance relationships with current customer accounts through regular engagement and product demonstrations. Develop strong connections with medical professionals, including physicians and administrative staff. Provide training and resources to customers for the proper use of our equipment. Support VIP customers as necessary and collaborate on product evaluations and improvements. Submit regular reports and sales forecasts to your supervisor. Participate in local, regional, and national trade shows to showcase our products. Adhere strictly to all safety and regulatory policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. 3 to 5 years of successful field sales experience, ideally in healthcare or medical devices. Proven ability to work independently and thrive in competitive environments. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage time and resources efficiently to meet company objectives. Capability to present technical information clearly to small groups. Solid mathematical skills for analysis and reporting. Physical Requirements: Ability to spend up to 100% of work time seated or using hands for various tasks. Ability to stand, talk, and hear for a significant portion of the time. Capacity to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Close vision for detailed tasks and demonstrations. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time, including potential overnight stays.
