Job Title: Operations & Warehouse Coordinator Location: Sarasota / Bradenton Area Job Type: Full-Time The Operations & Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping our projects running smoothly. This person is responsible for ensuring that every job is properly prepared, materials are organized, and installers have everything they need for successful installations. This role is a hybrid position that includes both hands-on warehouse work and computer-based coordination. The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and taking ownership of their responsibilities. Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations • Receive and inspect incoming flooring materials • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory • Prepare and stage materials for upcoming installation jobs • Load and unload materials as needed • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, when necessary Job Preparation & Coordination • Review upcoming installation schedules • Ensure all materials are ready and staged before installation day • Communicate with installers regarding job readiness • Help prevent job delays caused by missing or incorrect materials Systems & Organization • Update company systems and job tracking software • Track materials and orders • Maintain organized documentation and records • Assist with operational coordination between the office and field teams Qualifications: We’re looking for someone who naturally takes ownership and pride in their work.
