For more information about our mission, please visit our website. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits to drive and enhance our compensation strategies. This critical role will be pivotal in ensuring our pay practices are not only competitive but also equitable and aligned with our overall business strategy and workforce growth. Responsibilities: Lead PCG's compensation function, overseeing all associated programs and policies. Manage base salary and incentive structures, including job evaluations and market data analysis. Conduct thorough market analysis of PCG roles to ensure competitive positioning. Drive the annual compensation cycle, managing everything from system setup to budget development and data auditing. Oversee administration of compensation programs, including salary structuring, job description management, and policy development. Ensure all compensation activities comply with applicable laws and standards, including federal and state regulations. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Leadership to align compensation with our business objectives. Perform FLSA duties tests on job descriptions for proper classification. Educate employees and managers regarding compensation programs and policies. Partner with Talent Acquisition to align compensation strategies with recruitment efforts, attracting top-quality candidates. Required Skills: Deep understanding of compensation concepts and principles, with the ability to navigate complex tasks. Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with authority over personnel decisions. Familiarity with Workday Compensation software is essential. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to cultivate teamwork and collaboration. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills, combined with proficiency in financial and HR software. In-depth knowledge of compensation best practices, HR data analysis, and employment legislation. Demonstrated negotiation, time management, and project management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree is required. A minimum of 6 years of experience in compensation management. A CCP certification or advanced degree is preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities: This role includes people management responsibilities with direct reports. All PCG managers are expected to: Delegate tasks effectively to achieve business results. Motivate, engage, and retain team members. Support the development of high-performing individuals and teams. Compensation: The compensation for this role varies based on factors such as location, role, skills, and experience. The annual base salary for this position is between $130,500 and $175,000. In addition, PCG offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, paid time off (PTO), parental leave, and bereavement leave.
